What is CBD Oil?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is the most prevalent cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. It’s history in medicine dates back to prehistory. It has long been pushed aside while scientists and users focused on the mind-altering component, THC.
CBD has been known to reduce anxiety and stress, inflammation and pain; as well as topical ailments like psoriasis, acne and eczema.
CBD oil is non-intoxicating, has almost no side effects, and is virtually impossible to lethally overdose.
Where does Timeless CBD oil come from?
There is a lot of poor quality CBD on the market today due to a lack of regulation and heavily imported products. Labeling is often inconsistent and unclear making it confusing.
Timeless CBD oil is made from CBD rich hemp flowers grown on US soil. Timeless CBD rich oil is comprised of CO2 derived hemp extract mixed with Hemp Seed oil. It is pesticide, herbicide and solvent free.
Is the oil a full spectrum or isolate?
Timeless CBD is a full spectrum food grade CO2 extract. Our full spectrum oil. Full Spectrum oils include all of the cannabinoids found in hemp. In a 2015 study, researchers proved full spectrum CBD to be more capable in offering greater levels of relief vs CBD isolate. Timeless CBD oil offers full plant based medicine vs isolate which offers only part.
What other ingredients are in the oil?
Timeless CBD oil contains NO additives, flavorings, sweeteners or preservatives. Timeless CBD rich oil is comprised of CO2 derived hemp extract mixed with hemp seed oil.
Cannabinoids are fat soluble and are most effective when consumed with fat. Hemp seed is nutritious – mainly because of the high level of essential fatty acids that it contains. These fatty acids are essential to building a strong and healthy immune system. Using hemp seed oil allows for a relatively rapid release of cannabinoids compared to other oils.
Is it 3rd party tested?
At Timeless CBD, all of our oil is made from CBD rich hemp flowers and is 3rd party lab tested for purity and potency. Third party lab testing means we ship our product to a lab where every batch of hemp is tested.
Is CBD oil intoxicating?
No. CBD oil will not make you feel stoned or high. It will not create a buzz.
How long will a 30ml bottle last me?
It will last most people 30 days however it depends on personal dosage and usage.
Will this show up on a drug test?
Depending on dosage, it is possible to show a false positive on a drug test.
Can I travel with Timeless CBD oil?
Domestically, yes.

Shipping
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or packages shipped to the wrong address. At checkout, please be sure to use the correct shipping address. If USPS is unable to deliver, please contact your local postal service to arrange pick up or delivery. If package is stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim.

What are the shipping options?
First class USPS 3-7 business days in the United States.
3 Business Day Priority USPS packages require 12-24 hours to package. Please note USPS does not guarantee 3 business day. We are not responsible for 3 business day priority packages that do not arrive in 3 business days.
When will my order ship?
All orders placed after 7am EST, ship next business day. As soon as the order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
Please note all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.
We ship all orders via USPS.

After a package has been marked as DELIVERED and if package can not be located, we require a 24-36 hour wait time to ensure USPS will not make another attempt for delivery.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@timelesscbd.com as soon as possible.
Due to our fast turn around time, incorrect address information needs to be submitted within 10 minutes of placing the order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address entered by customer. If address entered is incorrect and package has left our facility, it is suggested to contact your local USPS office to locate or visit www.usps.com We will not re-ship an order due to incorrect address entered by customer.
What if my order is marked delivered but is no where to be found?
If your order has been marked as DELIVERED by USPS and is no where to be found, please email info@timelesscbd.com as soon as possible.
After a package has been marked as DELIVERED and if package can not be located, we require a 24-36 hour wait time to ensure USPS will not make another attempt for delivery.

Subscription:
Once Subscribed to a Subscription, it will last a minimum of Six (6) months before cancellation may occur. Please email info@timelesscbd.com or call (860) 400-3018 ext 1 to cancel your subscription. There is a Thirty (30) day notice to cancel your subscripion.
